เลขบัตรประชาชน 13 หลัก ของแต่ละคนนั้น แต่ละหลักจะมีที่มาและบ่งบอกสถานะของแต่ละคนไว้ ดังนี้

เลขบัตร หลักที่1
If the number 1 means one person. When was the birth within 15 days.
